Fresh tactics of Israeli forces have surfaced amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict in Gaza. As part of an undercover action plan of the Israel Defense Forces, its troops, disguised as civilians and medical workers, stormed into a hospital in the occupied West Bank area and reportedly killed 3 Hamas militants.
It is said the targeted militants, with affiliation to the Hamas Group, were asleep at the time of the attack.
The incident took place on Tuesday at Ibn Sina Hospital in the West Bank city of Jenin. CCTV footage of the apparent surprise attack by Israeli forces inside the hospital has been widely shared on social media.
In the visuals widely circulated on X (formerly known as Twitter), several armed IDF commandos, disguised as doctors, nurses, and women wearing hijabs, can be seen entering the hospital and targeting the three men, who they claimed were Hamas militants. They were dressed as hospital staff in scrubs or doctor’s coats.
One in a surgical mask carried a rifle in one arm and a folded wheelchair in the other.
Another video shows IDF commandos patting down a man who kneeled against a wall with his arms raised.
Hamas vowed revenge after three Palestinians were killed in a covert Israeli commando raid on a hospital in Jenin city of Occupied West Bank. The Palestinians killed were members of Hamas and Islamic Jihad. Israel claimed that one of them, a member of Hamas, was planning October 7-like attack. Watch the video for more.
